Technical Challenge

The hardest part is designing a single system that handles rooms, contractors, materials, progress, approvals and payments without becoming messy.

Solution

I structured the app around site-based workflows, clear modules, reusable dialogs, DynamoDB access patterns and S3-based file handling.
