Data Saved
This page lists the form fields and technical metadata currently intended to be saved when someone sends a contact enquiry.
Contact fields
The current backend stores name, email, phone, company, project type, budget range, source, and message.
Technical metadata
The backend also records lightweight request metadata such as user agent, request origin, and forwarded IP headers when available.
Retention
Contact records should be kept only as long as they are useful for replying, quoting, or handling a project discussion, then removed when no longer needed.
